An Enduring Vision

SUN ESTATES Developers, one of Goa’s most successful and enduring real estate companies, recently finished 20 years in the business. From when they started in 1995 up until now, the company has consistently come up with structures that are meaningful and memorable and continue to make a lasting impression.

The company is proud to have partnered with internationally acclaimed architects and designers along the way. New York based architect David Ruff of Design Laboratories has designed the ongoing resort style villa complex – Sohonos Villas in Nerul as well as the elegant apartment complex Sage House. Arvind D Souza of ADA Goa designed the retreat villas SOL-ace in Saipem-Candolim.BLINK Design Group (Singapore), Robert Patzschke of PATZSCHKE Architecture & Urban Design (Berlin), Lars Thomsen (Denmark) and Edgar Demello of EDA (Bangalore) are some of the other stars from the worlds of architecture and design associated with Sun Estates.

Upcoming projects include among others the spectacularly designed Morjim Villas, set amidst a tranquil valley offer breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea and the Chapora river.
