Keen to introduce bold, modern shades into her new bathroom, Carla worked magic with a blush pink and green scheme

Taking on a house in the Hampshire countryside that hadn’t been touched for years was a huge project,’ says Carla. ‘At one stage it was a hotel, so we knew there was a lot to do. Originally we kept a foothold in London and came down at weekends, but after the first lockdown we decided to make the big move down here permanently.

We decided to focus on the two-bed annexe, so we could rent it out on Airbnb, @thecountrypunkhouse. The bathroom was the first room that needed attention.
