Myleene Klass isn’t the first celeb to share a pregnancy picture – she follows a long list of stars who’ve done the same including Beyoncé, Abbey Clancy and Anne Hathaway – yet she’s faced criticism. Many claim Myleene, who recently gave birth to her third child, was being insensitive to those struggling to conceive or who have lost babies. Are these snaps far more upsetting than intended? Even though I endured several pregnancy losses, including a deeply traumatic stillbirth at 24 weeks, I have no problem with celebrities or anyone else showing off their baby bump on social media. Vain? Maybe. But insensitive? No. Why shouldn’t a woman be allowed to celebrate her beautiful pregnant body, just because other women aren’t so fortunate?
