How do you stay in such amazing shape?
I did gymnastics for years and I think I’m still lucky enough to have a body that gets back into shape quite fast. Or I just breathe in when I stand up to go to the toilet.
Do you work out a lot?
I go running and I love my yoga. I’m a vegetarian so that probably helps. I love wine and cocktails but I eat well. I think my mum still looks amazing. My sister’s got a good figure and my nan lived until she was 97 and always had a petite figure, so I think a lot of it is to do with genes. For me, looking good is a matter of self-preservation. I’d be like this whether I was in the media or not. I’ve always cared about how I look and I think it’s a dignity thing.
What’s your ideal night out?
It depends on who it’s with. I love going out for cocktails with the girls, and having a gossip. If I’m with my husband we’ll go for a lovely meal, but if we’re with friends I know he’s thinking, ‘At what point am I going to have to throw her over my shoulder and carry her out?’ I’m mindful of that and I’m probably better behaved.
Who’s in your close circle of friends?
