The whiff of change is in the air. That back-to-school smell of something starting afresh, of moving on, of embracing all that we’ve learnt and putting it to good use.
September, in my humble opinion, is by far the best time to make new plans, promises and resolutions – January is always so highly pressured. All that giving up the same fun as everyone else only to submit to defeat two weeks later as we crumble under the burden of the drastic challenges we set ourselves. Girls, September is our time.
So, let’s look over our shoulder at the last nine months and think profound thoughts; you know, about our own health and that of our planet. Let’s make a commitment. Even better, let’s make a list! How about these four words for starters?
