As a new photo storm hits, Harry promises to protect girlfriend Meghan Markle through thick and thin...
As they approach their first anniversary this spring, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle should still be enjoying the throes of new love.
But in recent weeks they are said to have been rocked by the overwhelming attention they’re receiving. Things came to a head when pictures of their romantic trip to Jamaica in March were published.
The intimate photographs – which have been banned in the UK – are said to have sparked major concern within the palace that the couple’s privacy will continue to be intruded upon. And rumours are now circulating that even more images from Harry and Meghan’s trip abroad, thought to be of them on their hotel balcony, could emerge in the coming weeks.
Haunted by memories
Prince Harry is said to be worried about the fanfare surrounding his relationship with the US actress. Haunted by memories of his late mum Diana, Harry, 32, is determined history will not repeat itself.
Only four months ago the prince issued a statement warning the press to stop hounding Meghan and her family. ‘Prince Harry is worried about Ms Markle’s safety and is deeply disappointed that he has not been able to protect her,’ it read.
