AI and ML: AI and machine learning technologies will continue revolutionizing retail by enabling personalized customer experiences, intelligent product recommendations, and advanced inventory management.
The cloud will continue to facilitate data integration from various sources, including customer transactions, inventory records, and external data feeds, enabling comprehensive and accurate data analysis for AI-driven insights and predictions. We are now in the age of the LLMs and these insights and predictions will get supercharged as they get better at identifying the patterns and trends not apparent previously. Generative AI will transform the retail world across all areas, especially digital marketing with hyper-personalized content and videos created at scale and taking creativity to new levels. It will significantly improve overall productivity and reduce the time to launch new and innovative products.
