As Lennox Lewis' boxing manager in the 90s, Kellie Maloney made history as the first Brit to manage a British heavyweight champion in over a century, created a storm when she starred on Celebrity Big Brother, and has become one of the UK's most notable trans women.
One thing's for sure, to do all that you've got to be tough.
Now, a new documentary, Knock Out Blonde: The Kellie Maloney Story, tells the fascinating story of Kellie's life - from conquering the dog-eat dog world of professional boxing as Frank Maloney, through to her emotional transition, appearing on Celebrity Big Brother, mental health struggles and more.
Ten years since her transition, she tells new about what she's learnt, the different life she lives now and reveals what it would take to get her back on telly.
Hi, Kellie! Your new documentary is moving to watch. What was it like to revisit those moments?
It was emotional. Part happiness, part sadness. To see my past life, and how I'm living now, and the contrast in the two different genders was quite unique.
It's been 10 years since you came out as Kellie. What's everyday life like now?
I commute between the Algarve and the UK. When I'm in Portugal, I live a very peaceful life. I adopt and rescue animals: pigs, goats, ducks, geese, turkeys, peacocks, chickens, and three dogs - Yogi Bear, Teddy Bear and Winnie Bear my constant companions.
Can you tell us about your favourite animal on your farm?
I adopted a pig, Mrs P. She was used for breeding, but now she lives in total peace, because any male pigs that I get, I have neutered. We have no animals with balls on the farm!
What have you learnt since your transition?
