She may well have impeccable royal connections and count high-profile celebrities among her clients, but nutritionist Gabriela Peacock believes that when it comes to tackling ageing you don’t need a palace or a personal trainer to nail it.

In her new book, 2 Weeks To A Younger You, she uses the science around longevity and reverse ageing to explore how we can live longer and healthier lives.

If you make any change it has to be compatible with real life. It’s supposed to be easy, otherwise you lose motivation.”
