Stacey's starting to get broody again'

She's joked about expanding her family and a source tells new Stacey Solomon would love baby number six

She has been slowly but surely stepping back from some of her high-profile commitments in recent months, but it seems Stacey Solomon may well have some other plans up her sleeve.

The star has been notably absent from Loose Women, where she was a fan favourite, for some time, only appearing once since confirming she was taking a break from the ITV chat show last December. She was also missing from the 25th anniversary portrait of the ITV show, honouring its current stars.

Stacey, 35, is also thought to have stepped away from her hit Channel 4 show Renovation Rescue, and she recently announced that she had shot her last ever collection with InTheStyle, where she'd been a brand ambassador since 2021, so she could focus on her family.

Perhaps juggling such a hugely successful career with her busy family life proved too much. She certainly has a full household, sharing Rex, five, Rose, three, and Belle, one, with her husband Joe Swash, as well as Leighton, 12, and Zachary, 16, from previous relationships. Joe also has an 17-year-old son, Harry.

But a source has claimed there may be another reason why doting mum Stacey is freeing up her time as she and Joe prepare to launch their fly-on-the-wall reality show, Escape To Pickle Cottage and that is their plans for more babies.
