BEN AFFLECK'S EX GETS CANDID IN A RARE PERSONAL UPDATE

Jennifer Garner often comes across as the picture of parenting perfection, dutifully dropping her three kids with ex-husband Ben Affleck at school and sports practice or shepherding them to church on Sundays. But the 51-year-old has admitted she's anything but. "I'm a little bit of a scatterbrained disaster," she confessed on the US Today show. "People think of me as Type-A, but I'm not, I'm kind of Type-Z. I overcompensate in some areas to try to just get by but no, I am definitely not organised."

Organised, she may not be, but a devoted mum to daughters Violet, 18, and Seraphina, 14, and son Samuel, 11, the star certainly is. "I just really enjoy my kids," Garner continued. "I don't know that I have some overarching [parenting] philosophy. I just think they are such cool people and I want to hear everything and I want to be around."
