According to Mark Gurman's Power On newsletter this month, Apple is already using an AI chatbot internally to help its teams do their work, and it's going to start moving it into customer-facing products next year. If he's right, then it might not be long before we get an AI-boosted Siri. If you've ever used an AI chatbot, like ChatGPT, for instance, then you'll know it's a lot better than Apple's current virtual assistant, Siri.
