MAHINDRA XUV 400 EV: FIRST EV FROM MAHINDRA!
Mahindra has unveiled the all-electric XUV400. The model will reach dealerships by the end of this year, followed by the revealing of prices and bookings. The compact EV crossover features a 39.4kWh battery pack, and there’s an electric motor mounted on the front axle that pushes out 150hp and 310Nm of torque. It can accelerate from 0-100kph in 8.3 seconds, says Mahindra. Top speed is claimed to be 150kph. On a single charge, the XUV400 can cover a range of 456kms. The crossover also gets three driving modes: Fun, Fast and Fearless.
CITROEN C5 AIRCROSS FACELIFT: LOOKS GORGEOUS!
Citroen launched the facelifted C5 Aircross at an introductory price of ₹36.67 lakh (ex-showroom). The model is available solely in one trim. The changes are mostly on the outside and inside. But the 2.0-litre diesel engine remains unchanged. At the front, the C5 Aircross sports a more aggressive look. The single-piece LED DRLs look stylish along with the grille, which features the large Chevron logo. The bumper design looks nicer and the details are refreshingly different from the previous SUV’s. The rest of the C5 Aircross remains the same, barring the darker-red tail lights.
