Three months after being hospitalized in Georgia on April 11 for an undisclosed medical complication, Jamie Foxx has been seen in public for the first time. The Oscar-winning actor, 55, waved to onlookers from a boat traveling along the Chicago River on July 9. Afterward, Foxx wrote on Twitter that he’d been enjoying “boat life” in Chicago and “celebrating summer” with his brand of flavored whiskey, Brown Sugar Bourbon. “Stay blessed!” he added.
