Wily pickpocket Jack Dawkins attempts his riskiest theft to date as CBBC's period caper Dodger returns for a star-spangled seasonal special.

In the right royal edition of the BAFTA-winning prequel to Charles Dickens's Oliver Twist, Jack (Billy Jenkins), AKA the Artful Dodger, teams up again with the infamous Fagin (Christopher Eccleston) and the rest of their gang in a bid to steal the crown of Queen Victoria (Bridgerton's Nicola Coughlan) in the lead-up to her coronation.
