Exercise stimulates blood flow to the brain and raises the body temperature, while exposure to light stimulates the brain to stop producing melatonin, the hormone that makes us sleepy.

FIND AN UPBEAT FRIEND

Got a work colleague that always makes you laugh or a friend that you know you can call or text and share the LOLs with? Seek them out when your energy is on the downward spiral. Emotions can be contagious. Instead of being surrounded by negative vibes that sap your energy, find those that will always bring a lift and you’ll notice your energy levels are on the up.
