Even though she was the one to initiate their 1973 divorce, Priscilla Presley always considered her late ex-husband, Elvis, to be her eternal soulmate.
“[He] was the love of my life, truly,” she said in 2015. “I loved him with all my heart.”
Given this, it has long been Priscilla’s wish to be buried next to the King of Rock ’n’ Roll when she dies. However, that simple request has now been denied – leaving the 78-year-old all shook up!
As part of a court battle with her granddaughter Riley Keough, Priscilla managed to settle disputes over her late daughter Lisa Marie’s million-dollar trust – but was unable to secure the plot next to Elvis’ grave at Graceland.
