Without offering any views on one of his latest investigations - the Manchester Arena incident - it is important to reflect on the legal case he is facing.
Justice must be done in a fair society, and it must be seen to be done. The problem lies in the fact that defining justice is not easy, nor is it easy to apply it.
So for those not attending court and who are not privy to all the evidence, how do we form our own opinions on his case? There are numerous sources we can go to and - as it often is with counter-narrative issues - the media and alternative news have different takes.
