Saracens trailed 10-5 at half-time but found an extra gear to run in five further tries. Fly-half Amelia MacDougall said: "Bristol have an amazing defence so were up in our faces in that first 40 minutes.
"We had a great team talk at half-time and knew we had so much more to give. We really did that in the second half and it's great to go into Christmas with five wins in a row."
Saracens started the brighter, as Sophie de Goede burst down the wing, linking with Sydney Gregson before Jess Breach powered over the line for the opening try on four minutes.
