"We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to her due to this incident. During our meeting with the customer, we requested her to provide the ice cream tub for investigation. Unfortunately, the customer refused to hand it over," the company said, adding that it would proceed with further investigation upon receiving the package from the customer.
The issue pertains to the company's packaging and supply chain operations.
