In 2022, the mum of three, 37, collapsed suddenly at home in front of her shocked children and husband.

At hospital, blood clots in her lungs caused a cardiac arrest and she was put into an induced coma to stop her internal bleeding.

Charlotte, of Stramshall, Staffordshire, said: "I can close my eyes and hear the voices shouting 'Breathe, Charlotte! Breathe!' It's a terrifying memory.
