HATE preacher Anjem Choudary finally faces justice after being convicted of running terrorist group AI Muhajiroun.
The 57-year-old was nailed by police on both sides of the Atlantic, who hailed the move as a milestone in the fight against Islamic extremism across the globe.
Choudary has walked a thin legal line for years to prevent being named as leader of the banned group.
But he finally slipped up when he was secretly taped admitting he was in charge and talking about sending members to fight for IS.
And Choudary, of Ilford, East London, was yesterday found guilty with associate Khaled Hussein, 29.
He took over as ALM boss from founder Omar Bakri Muhammad when he was jailed abroad in 2014.
