TAYLOR Swift was defiantly back on stage last night in the UK, days after her Austrian shows were cancelled because of a terrorist plot.
Tens of thousands of fans descended on Wembley Stadium to watch the superstar resume her record-breaking Eras tour.
She was joined on stage by Ed Sheeran to sing Everything Has Changed, which the pair wrote together in 2013, along with 2017 duet End Game and Ed's 2014 smash Thinking Out Loud.
Performing her hit 22, she wore a T-shirt bearing the words "a lot going on at the moment".
Last night's show was also Taylor's first on British soil since she spoke of her heartache at the events in Southport on July 29. Bebe King, six, Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, and Alice Da Silva Aguiar, nine, were fatally stabbed as they attended a Taylor-themed event in the Merseyside town.
Paying tribute to the victims at the time, Taylor said: "The horror of yesterday's attack in Southport is washing over me continuously and I'm just completely in shock.
"The loss of life and innocence, and the horrendous trauma inflicted on everyone...
These were just little kids at a dance class." The 34-year-old, from Pennsylvania, began her record-breaking Eras Tour in March 2023.
She played soldout shows in Edinburgh, Liverpool, Cardiff and London in June, before heading to Ireland and mainland Europe.
Three shows at Vienna's Ernst Happel Stadium were called off last week after police uncovered an alleged plot. Yesterday the Met Police said they were well prepared ahead of her five-night return to Wembley.
