PATRICIA Smith sparkles as she turns 100... and reveals her youthful looks are down to a daily tipple and face cream.
The former secretary and one-time hurdling champion wore a tiara and glittering sash at her milestone celebration.
Patricia, who lives in a retirement home, is renowned for taking pride in her looks and always has some red lipstick to hand.
Asked what the secret to her young appearance is, she replied: "I make sure I use day and night cream and as yet I have no wrinkles.
