JIMMY THELIN isn't convinced Kilmarnock will be any easier to beat on Sunday because of their European exertions.

But the Aberdeen manager wants the SPFL to consider giving clubs a break when they're trying to qualify for the group stages.

The Rugby Park club decided against asking for Sunday's trip to Pittodrie to be postponed as it had little chance of success.

Ironically it's a situation they arguably benefited from when the Dons lost at Rugby Park last season after defeat against PAOK Salonika.
