GRAEME Souness has revealed he underwent an emergency heart operation after suffering severe chest pains while watching TV.
The Scotland legend was taken to hospital for the emergency operation earlier this month.
The 71-year-old Rangers and Liverpool legend had to have two stents fitted into one of his coronary arteries and said he is now feeling "great".
And he has vowed to continue with a gruelling fundraising challenge for his pal Isla Grist, 16, who suffers from painful "butterfly" skin condition EB.
The football pundit said: "I had a bit of an episode 10 days ago. I was watching England play Finland, got up at half time to make a cup of tea and felt chest pains.
"Without dwelling on it, three days later I had a couple of stents put into one of my coronary arteries.
