Couple set to flog £3million bungalow won in prize draw

This time next year ... We'll be millionaires

A SCOTTISH childcare worker is set to become a multi-millionaire by cashing in on a luxury home she won in a prize draw.

Rachael Reid, 54, scooped a six-bed bungalow near Farnham, Surrey, in July, worth £3million, after buying a ticket for a tenner.

The mum of three, from Inverness, and her family then spent the last few months enjoying the property, which boasts 1.4 acres, a 40ft heated indoor pool and a gym.

But Rachael and her husband of almost 30 years, Darren, 56, have decided to sell up in order to return home as cash multi-millionaires.

The home is on the market for a touch under the Omaze competition's original £3million valuation.

As well as the fully-furnished house and accompanying land, she walked away with £250,000 in cash to cover the cost of living there.

Rachael said: "I still can't believe it really happened to us. Winning a multi-million-pound house in Surrey has changed our lives forever.

"We've really enjoyed spending time at the house. It's been magical and the whole family has loved it.

"All the locals have been lovely and welcoming. It's a fantastic area.
