THE boss of booming fashion giant Next has warned a rise in the cost of employing staff will only deter firms from hiring.

Tory peer Lord Wolfson claimed "anything that increases cost" is ultimately going to reduce employment opportunities. His comments follow the Government's drive to get more disabled people back into work.
