ROYAL Mail has been fined £10.5million for massively missing delivery targets last year, its second huge penalty.
Millions of letters, cards and appointments arrived late despite yet more stamp price hikes.
Royal Mail is supposed to deliver 93 per cent of first class items within one working day and 98.5 per cent of second class within three.
But last year just 74.7 per cent of first class post arrived on time, for second class it was 92.7 per cent.
