THE SNP Government has been urged to spell out how it will use about £40million of Westminster funding for struggling households.
The UK Government announced last month that it was extending the Household Support Fund this winter to help people with the cost of their energy, food and water.
Councils in England received £421 million, with £79million for the devolved administrations in Barnett consequentials.
