A TOP chef says we should be roasting our beef in coffee.
Welsh cook Si Toft said he rubs coffee granules and brown sugar all over his joint before cooking.
He said he also adds any herbs or spices he likes and enough balsamic vinegar to create the perfect paste.
He said: “You’ve got sweetness, sharpness, bitterness, spice. Lovely.”
Other top cooks have said they use coffee to enhance their creations.
