FRESH anger has broken out after it emerged energy fatcats could make even bigger profits from people's bills.
Ofgem boss Jonathan Brearley said firms need "more money in the bank" to build resilience over price shocks.
He made the remarks as he confirmed the price cap will drop from £3,280 to £2,074 from July. It means, after government support is removed, households will be paying £426 less a year.
