This brings us to the key question – how do we create the right culture? And how do we define what “right” means? In my view, this means a culture that is both inclusive and aligned with the vision of the company.
As recent well-publicised events at the CBI have shown us, one thing that so many CEOs forget is that culture comes from the top. Leaders should live and breathe their company values. I take this extremely seriously — PensionBee’s values play a part in every decision that I make. It is a great privilege to lead a company and I understand the responsibility I have for my colleagues’ well-being.
Our company values are simplicity, honesty, quality, innovation and love. These five words define how we celebrate our company successes and how we reward our colleagues.
