Alignment of Delhi-SNB corridor tweaked, to now run along NH-48

The National Capital Region Transport Corporathe agency exetion (NCRTC) cuting the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) project between Delhi and SNB (Shahjahanpur, Neemrana, Behrod) - has made an adjustment to the alignment of the corridor as it enters Haryana from the Capital, changing the route to run alongside NH-48, people aware of the matter said.
Earlier, the corridor was to run parallel to the Old Delhi Gurgaon Road.
The Delhi-SNB line is one of three priority RRTS corridors to be to be developed in NCR. One of these corridors - Delhi to Meerut is currently partially operational.
