JACKIE Kennedy Onassis had a secret fling with legendary Hollywood actor Warren Beatty, a book has revealed.

The romance lasted a couple of months in the 1970s but fizzled out after JFK's widow was not impressed by his ego and bedroom skills.

A former staff member spilled the beans on the fling to J Randy Taraborrelli, author of the book Jackie: Public, Private, Secret which has just hit bookshops.

She told how she used to come to work and Beatty would be sitting having breakfast in Jackie's Fifth Avenue Manhattan apartment and chatting to Jackie's son the late John Kennedy Jr as if it was the most normal thing in the world.
