The Right Revd Graham Tomlin said survivors and the families of those who died could only “find a measure of healing” if a report due this week makes it clear who was to blame for the tower block blaze.
“The report will, we hope, truthfully name the wrongdoing that led to the fire. Prosecutions will surely follow in time,” he said
The official inquiry into the fire in North Kensington, London, will publish a final report on Wednesday, following a seven-year investigation.
