Daniel Mizzi, 35, from Plymouth, was last seen in St Ives, Cornwall, on December 8 last year. His brother, Jake Hughes, is puzzled as to why he was there, as Daniel had no known links to the area.
Jake said that the two brothers lived together in Plymouth and Daniel had been acting completely normal before his disappearance, but he has now not been seen for nearly three months after 'disappearing like a ghost.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror, Jake revealed that Devon and Cornwall Police had thought it may have been a case of suicide, but now that "was not high up the list" of possibilities.
On the day he disappeared, Mr Mizzi left his home in the morning. caught a train to St Erth, in Cornwall, at 12.08 pm, and then walked to St Ives. He was last spotted on the seafront at Porthmeor Beach at 1.28 pm.
Jake said: "We had no idea he was going there, there was no of indication anything wrong and he may have just gone there for a day out, but it would be very unlike him to do that.
