The Bears started quickly, with two tries from Rownita Martson-Mulhearn and Abbie Ward, as Saracens lost centurion Zoe Harrison to a yellow card.
Despite being a player down, Saracens responded through May Campbell and, with Harrison back on the field, McKinley Hunt crashed over to level the game, before Kelsey Clifford burst free and raced in from 30m to put her side into the lead.
