不仅风电叶片的回收令行业“着迷”,为了减少风电叶片的碳排放,业内人士也在研发更可持续的风电叶片替代材料。例如,由大麻纤维制成的INCA BioBalsa ™具有与轻木相当的密度,且更具有成本竞争力,还可以同时提供防潮和防火性能。去年,全球首款碳纤维外壳手机新智能手机Carbon 1 MK II 上市。为此,德国厂商Carbon Mobile 经过四年研发,开发出HyRECM(混合无线电复合材料)技术。令CFRTP 复合材料外壳不仅更轻更薄,并且解决了碳纤维阻挡射频(RF)信号这一难题。本期“技术特写”《打造轻薄、可持续的碳纤维智能手机》一文介绍了该技术的特点、开发、生产和应用的详细过程。
另一项同样引人注目的复材加工技术,是由英国布里斯托大学开发的高性能不连续纤维(HiPerDif)工艺,用于生产高性能的定向不连续纤维增强复合材料。如今,HiPerDiF 项目已经到了商业化的门槛。项目研发人员致力于降低制造商的劳动力和材料成本,并将回收碳纤维作为HiPerDiF 项目的应用重点。
