Child labour is a problem deeply rooted in our society which is destroying the childhood of millions of children. We’re facing an unfortunate problem and this problem cannot be solved in a day. There are various factors responsible for child abuse, the main problem from where all it starts is poverty. If poverty can be curbed to an extent, children wouldn't have to go seeking work to make a few extra bucks to support their families. Ambiguity and flaws that help people get away from keeping children at work need to be removed, and better, more detailed and transparent laws are supposed to be made with minimum to no loopholes. The organized sector alone doesn't run the country, laws need to cover the unorganized sector to streamline every kind of child labour as exploitation of human rights and horrendous crime. As long as we, the common people do not acknowledge the problem and help each other, it's gonna stay right in our faces, mocking us.

Apart from job crisis, unemployment, dissatisfaction youngsters still want to pursue this course and have the experience of corporate world. Earlier, MBA colleges used to focus on industry readiness and train their students well to take on the complex challenges of an interconnected world.

Sports was always something which needs our attention the most because it is important for the overall development of the society. It is necessary to develop all the skills needed from the student stage itself to be successful in the competitive world. India being one of the most populous nation, despite having population over one billion, why we still lag behind in the field of sports? The Civil Services examination is the toughest of all still is a dream of a million students in India. The prestige and honor this position provides have attracted the scholars who wish to help a destitute and bring the change in society. As a civil servant, you can do justice to a lot of people which might seem insignificant to you but can turn around the life of a beneficiary.  Bureaucracy in India, both at the union and the states level constitutes the backbone of the administration. The role and function of the bureaucracy in India have increased enormously. Bureaucracy and government go hand in hand and they cannot work without each other's involvement. No doubt, the current bureaucracy need a radical change.  The bureaucracy is an institution without which democratic governments cannot work. Bureaucracy may be reformed but cannot be done away with. Mahatma Gandhi, who wished to see India free and strong so that she may offer herself for the betterment of the nation from economy to education. His political acumen led India to independence. B R Ambedkar, one of the very few intellectually brilliant leaders of that time. He believed that education is a movement. If it does not fulfill its objectives, it is useless.

This year we are celebrating 71 years of democracy. The unprecedented domination by Britishers for almost two centuries had left India with the minimum resources to cope up with the situation. But we Indians from mere few percentages of literate citizens, today have reached to the stars and painted our name with pride on the top of the world. In this achievement, education has played a pivotal role. World is running with its highest pace and to go ahead of it one needs to be fully skilled and well equipped. To pursue emerging opportunities we have to equip tomorrow's engineering professionals to cope up with the growing responsibilities. The current scenario of Engineers in India is no doubt on down fall and degrading every year. Rather than crying on past figures and playing the blame game between Private and Government Institution, it's the time for call on action.
