In this issue's special section on Offshore Boats we have a story that looks at what makes up the elements of an offshore yacht. In the first story we look at trends in recent offshore boats and where voyaging boats may be heading. Our second story is an interview with an offshore sailing instructor in which he discusses how he chose and has outfitted his boat for regular offshore work as a training platform for ocean seamanship.
