In 1965, Darryl was just a youngster with an eagerness to soak in the world. He was too young to care that Elvis was king and the mob ruled his city. For him, he was a visual creature waiting for something to catch his attention and that&rsquo;s when he spotted his first lowrider skating through the neighborhood. That memory would become part of his DNA, and like a sponge, he would soak in everything about the culture. After graduating high school in 1978, Darryl went to purchase a &rsquo;77 Cutlass, which he would customize and fit with hydraulics. That same vehicle would also become not only his entry ticket into lowriding, but the one that would land him in the Royals car club. That was back in 1984, but fast-forward to present day and he&rsquo;s since let go of that car and put his ambitions into the &rsquo;96 Caprice you see here. <p><img src="https://magarticles.magzter.com/articles/6043/379956/5db1ef95682e0/1571942277197.jpg"" owidth=1985 oheight=1310" style="height:1310px; width:1985px" /></p><p>Dipped in candy orange, this Caprice has been dubbed &ldquo;Worth the Wait&rdquo; and plays home base to a tricked-out Black Magic hydraulics system.
