Designed by the world’s best architects, ready in 90 days and available online; Revolution Precrafted will change the landscape of Indian luxury real estate market, says CEO Robbie Antonio
The man who gave Southeast Asia the uber glamorous Milano Residences by Versace, Acqua Livingstone by Missoni Home, Azure by Paris Hilton, Armani and Trump Towers, has his eyes on India’s luxury real estate market. Robbie Antonio, Philippines-based real-estate honcho, is bullish about redefining aspirational living with his three-year-old, unicorn startup Revolution Precrafted. A company valued at over $1 billion and touted as one of the fastest growing startups in Asia; it has grown exponentially from five employees in 2015 to 500 now.
Revolution has nailed the crucial need of the luxury residential market by creating beautiful homes, designed by the world’s best architects, ready in 90 days. It makes prefabricated houses, office spaces, glamping residences, and even museums that can be customised to accommodate different needs and demands. “Speed and price are among the major pain points of most consumers and our product portfolio addresses these,” says Antonio. “Our expertise in creating designer homes puts us in the perfect position to lead the revolution for branded, quality prefabricated homes,” he adds.
With projects in Dubai, Puerto Rico, Italy, Spain and 16 other countries, Antonio’s mission is to penetrate another 65 in the next two years, and India is crucial to the expansion plan. “It makes perfect sense for us to target India as one of our primary markets because of the sheer size of the country’s realty sector,” says Antonio. “We want to create limited edition homes for Indian HNIs, while also looking for opportunities in the affordable luxury sector.”
Project India
It’s a good time to be here. The latest Knight Frank report says that despite the realty sector’s stagnant growth, the market has witnessed a 46 percent jump in new project launches and Mumbai tops the list with 128 percent, followed by Bengaluru.
