The leaders who co-ordinate should be mindful about the content and stress they are cascading down to the sub-leaders. The information that's shared, the behaviour that's been presented, the tools selected play a crucial role in fostering better team spirit within the work environment.

Individually, A Drop: Together, An Ocean!

Most of the time what we bring about as a 'Team' is a set of people from entirely different back grounds, cultures, languages, learning, conditioning and perspectives. Aligning the standpoints to fulfil the objectives and goal becomes inevitable then. Integration, synchronization and success of team efforts mostly depend on how effective the co-ordination between the team members are. Communication and Co-ordination are the vital essence of every successful management.

Achieving harmony between processes and people is no joke. When each one agrees to do certain roles, takes up diverse responsibilities and facilitates them together to bring about a common desired result, Coordination should be carefully managed from the conceiving, planning and to executing stages. The right structure of co-ordination minimises delays, conflicts, wastages, future struggles and organizational problems. The process brings together under an umbrella all separate and isolated operations to integrate them in a way that the task is completed effectively. The team starts with an idea. The idea might be conceived in one mind or several. But the execution and delivery is usually done by many more. The work is then evenly split to many hands, according to the skillsets of each. Each one takes up the responsibility and adheres to the same, enacting their roles so as to get closer to the finish line. Proper directions, clear guidance, and rules will be given. There will always be a timeline, a deadline as to when this shall be launched or completed. Several people are coming together, trying to collaborate in an organised manner to achieve desired results.
