Pratibha Singh Baghel managed to bag the Lata Mangeshkar Alankaran Award in 2008 and also has the National Classical Vocal Award at a very young age. However, she first rose to fame after an appearance in the music reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa in 2009. One glimpse at the sheer talent that was on display and it was evident that Pratibha Singh Baghel was destined for greatness. Hailing from a small town named Rewa in Madhya Pradesh, Pratibha managed to gain popularity among music lovers across the nation thanks to her soulful and magical voice. The young star managed to make it to the final of the competition and there was no looking back ever since.

BOLLYWOOD SOJOURN

Soon after her successful run in the reality show, offers began rolling in for the singing sensation. Pratibha made her debut with Jheeni re jheeni song in the film Issaq (2013). The offers came pouring in after that and she worked in films like Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya (2014), Zid (2014), Luckhnowi Ishq (2015), Bollywood Diaries (2016), Shorgul (2016). Her recent tracks in films like Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi (2019), Saand Ki Aankh (2019), and the hit web series Bandish Bandits (2020) have made her a household name among Bollywood fans. In fact, such was the impact of her voice in the Kangana Ranaut starrer that she officially earned the title of “Voice of Manikarnika”.
