AFTER becoming the highest-paid actress on TV by playing a doc on Grey’s Anatomy, Ellen Pompeo is set to chuck acting and Hollywood!
The 51-year-old, who plays Dr. Meredith Grey on the hit ABC medical drama, returns in September for her 18th season — but is calling it quits after saying she’s burned out on acting.
“I’m not super excited about continuing my acting career,” says the star, who has three kids, Stella, 11, Sienna, 6, and Eli, 4, with hubby Chris Ivery, 54.
