Prince William's peace-loving wife, Kate, is frantically trying to end the bitter rift that’s ripping him and his brother, Prince Harry, apart.

In a stunning move, the Duchess of Cambridge confronted her husband and begged William to make the first move toward a truce, GLOBE has learned in a world exclusive.

“She urged William to forgive Harry — or the feud would fester into a wound that might never be healed,” a high-level courtier reveals.

“She told him, ‘You’ll regret it all your life if you don’t.’”

The showdown came hours after the brothers were forced to appear together at the annual traditional wreath-laying service at London’s Cenotaph on Nov. 10, Remembrance Sunday.
