A week out from her birthday celebrations on April 18, Kourtney’s sisters Kim, 38, Khloé, 34, exboyfriend Scott Disick, 35, and two eldest children Mason, nine, and Penelope, six ( four-year-old daughter Reign was not in the video), paid a sweet tribute to the young-at-heart birthday girl.

‘I can’t even believe this is how old you are,’ Kim said in the video. ‘When I think of you and your birthday, I think of dancing drunken nights in Mexico, so I can only imagine how big we’re gonna do it up for your 40th birthday.’
