With PlayStation Experience having been and gone, Dom tells us the best bits.
And breathe... PSX is over for another year and we have a slew of massive announcements from Sony; it’s like Christmas has come early. While the dust settles, let’s have a look at some the biggest and best announcements from last week’s first party showcase.
Uncharted 4 Single Player DLC
Opening the show and starting our list is the much rumoured story DLC for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End titled The Lost Legacy. Much like The Last of Us: Left Behind, it will be a standalone experience of around 2-3 hours, but instead of a story following Nate or any of the primary characters you take the role of Chloe (from Uncharted 2) and it looks like you’ll teaming up with Uncharted 4’s antagonist Nadine.
TLOU Part II
With Naughty Dog bookending the show, there was only one way to top Uncharted - a sequel to The Last of Us. Titled Part II, the trailer stars a much older Ellie playing a guitar in a blood covered house where she is approached by Joel. It’s little to go on, but it’s already got the the conspiracy theorists tapping away at their keyboards. Don’t expect anything until 2019 at least.
