FROM PROJECTILE vomit to projectile ejaculation, the very adult sci-ficomedy Future Man has had its fair share of shocking moments. But for lead star Josh Hutcherson, of Hunger Games fame, one stands out by a country mile. Or, at least, 12 inches.
“I start off season two climbing out of a giant tub of goo while having a massive prosthetic hanging between my legs,” the 28-year-old recalls, when asked which Future Man scene brings back the most adrenaline and/or panic. “It was exhilarating and terrifying – and actually dangerous, because the glue was extremely slippery!”
And did he get to keep said prosthetic? “No,” laughs Hutcherson. “Nor would I want to! It was a nasty mess of silicon, hair and grease!”
